The Guangzhou Museum is located on Yuexiu Mountain in Yuexiu Park. The Zhenhai Tower where the museum is located is one of the landmark buildings in Guangzhou. Zhenhai Tower has five floors with similar structures and a square shape. Therefore, Guangzhou people commonly call it the ‘Five-Story Tower’. The new eight scenic spots of Yangcheng, ‘Yuexiu New Radiance’, refer to this place. Looking out from the tower, the scenery of Yangcheng can be seen at a glance. The museum mainly collects and displays local historical relics of Guangzhou. The permanent exhibition is the ‘Guangzhou History Exhibition’, where you can learn a lot about the history of Guangzhou.
