Guanlan River Wetland Park is located in Longhua District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, with a construction area of approximately 43,000 square meters. It is divided into six sections: artificial wetlands, ecological oxidation ponds, ecological gravel beds, the Fountain of Life, ecological embankments, and operational support facilities. Among them, the viewing platform and the ‘Fountain of Life’ are particularly popular among residents.
From the viewing platform, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the wetland park; at the ‘Fountain of Life’, one can observe schools of fish swimming about. The Guanlan River is one of the five major rivers in Shenzhen and is the mother river of Longhua. It flows from south to north through the city, serving as the cradle of Longhua’s birth and a witness to its development.
