Penglai Guanyin Garden is located in the central southern part of the seaside park, facing north and built in a traditional ethnic style. The garden is surrounded by weeping willows, spotted bamboo, and various colorful flowers, interspersed with small sculptures, creating a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. The main building in the garden is a two-story wooden and stone structure, with 20-meter-long corridors on the north and south sides. The main hall is located in the center of the first floor, and the second floor houses statues of Sakyamuni, Laozi, and Confucius, all facing the sea. The east, west, and south walls are made of white marble, engraved with 309 reliefs of deities, Buddha statues, and portraits from Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism.
In the center of Penglai Guanyin Garden, on a white marble lotus platform, stands an eight-meter-tall white marble statue of the Four-faced Guanyin, with each face facing south, north, east, and west, representing the Guanyin of Mercy, Peace, Fulfillment, and Child-Granting. The lotus platform is surrounded by an artificial pond with small bridges and pathways leading to it. The garden is open from 07:00 to 20:00 from April 1st to October 31st, and from 07:30 to 17:00 from November 1st to March 31st.
