Gulangyu Island, known as the Island of Music, is a must-visit destination for music enthusiasts. The Gulangyu Concert Hall is an elegant venue that frequently hosts performances by pianists and has become one of the important venues for music performances in Xiamen City.
There are also free music performances available in the evenings. The main building of the concert hall is nestled among ancient camphor and banyan trees, and it regularly hosts chamber music and classical music concerts throughout the year.

The main structure of the building includes: the front hall, the performance hall (stage, audience hall), VIP rooms, dressing rooms, piano rooms, and audio-visual control rooms; the auxiliary facilities include: the piano room building, central air conditioning, and power distribution room.

The performance hall can accommodate 571 audience members, and the interior is primarily decorated with wood materials, utilizing a fully natural sound effect. The opening hours and business status are subject to the daily opening conditions.

A must-see tip: from 19:30 to 20:30 every day, the concert hall’s charity performances and rehearsals are open to tourists for free.
