The Organ Museum is located at No. 43, Guxin Road, Gulangyu. The venue is not very large. It displays more than 5,000 organs of various ages and styles. Those who are interested in music may come and visit. Otherwise, they may find it boring. It is said to be the only and the largest organ museum in China at present.
On the first floor of the venue, there are many historical organs from all over the world on display. Most of them are produced in France and Spain. The treasure of this museum is the largest organ in the world.


In the back garden of the museum, there are some smuggled cultural relics seized by the customs, all of which are stone carvings.


Opening hours: It is open from 08:15 to 17:45 throughout the year; from 08:15 to 18:15 throughout the year.


Preferential policies:


Children: Minors aged 6 (inclusive) to 18 (exclusive) or with a height of 1.2 meters (exclusive) to 1.4 meters (exclusive) (with ID card or household register), half price; Children under 6 years old (exclusive) or with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) are free.


Seniors: Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) to 65 (exclusive) (with valid ID), half price; Seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above with valid ID are free.

Military personnel and dependents of martyrs: Active-duty and retired military personnel in China with valid ID, dependents of martyrs, dependents of military personnel who died on duty, and dependents of military personnel who died of illness with the ‘Preferential Treatment Certificate for Dependents of Martyrs, Military Personnel Who Died on Duty, and Military Personnel Who Died of Illness of the People’s Republic of China’ are free.
