Introduction: Lixi Ancient Village is located in Qimen County, Huangshan City, Anhui Province. It is the entrance to the original grand canyon of Guniujiang. Through here, one can directly reach the main peak of Guniujiang. Climbing the main peak of Guniujiang, ‘Guniu Dagang’, with an altitude of 1727.6 meters, is like a bull standing against the sky. It combines majesty, strangeness, danger, beauty, tranquility and wonder. The magnificent scenery is unrivaled in Jiangnan. Particularly miraculous is that in the clear autumn days, a huge arc-shaped seven-color halo often appears on the peak top and floats and moves with the wind. This is called ‘Buddha’s halo’ (the Buddha’s halo here is clearer than that in Emei Mountain, and it appears for a long time and many times). It is a unique landscape of Guniujiang. Standing on the top, one can have a panoramic view of all the peaks of Huangshan Mountain in the south and see the Yangtze River like a training ground and continuous mountains in the north. It is a good place to watch cloud waterfalls and appreciate Buddha’s halos. The main peak of Guniujiang and Lixi are the main producing areas of Qimen black tea, the birthplace of the traditional Mulian opera, a famous hometown of imperial physicians, and a natural large oxygen bar.
