Dajiao Bay is a renowned bay in Hailing Island, located in the southeast of Zhapo Town, Hailing Island, surrounded by mountains on three sides, and facing the vast South China Sea. It is named for its shape, which resembles a cow’s horn. The beach of Dajiao Bay stretches for 2.5 kilometers, with calm waters, fine and soft sand, clear and pure seawater, and fresh air, making it an ideal destination for travel and vacation.
Visitors can enjoy the romantic sea views, play in the waves, and revel in the coastal experience at Dajiao Bay. The scenic area also offers entertainment activities such as surfing, motorboats, paragliding, and beach buggies for visitors to experience. Operating hours are from 08:00 to 20:00 from April 11th to October 15th, and from 08:00 to 19:00 from October 16th to April 10th.Preferential policies for single-entry tickets include free admission for children under 1.2 meters (not including), and discounted tickets for children between 1.2 meters (including) and 1.5 meters (including). Children under 1.2 meters are allowed free entry, and elderly individuals aged 70 years old and above (including) can enter for free with valid identification, as well as those aged between 60 and 69 years old (including) with an ID card for discounted single-entry tickets.
Active military personnel can enter for free with valid identification, and disabled individuals with valid identification can also enter for free. Students with a student ID can enjoy discounted single-entry tickets. Yangjiang citizens can enjoy a 50% discount with a valid ID.
