Haitang Square is located adjacent to the national coastline, facing Wuzhizhou Island across the sea. It is considered one of the best free scenic spots in Haitang District. Strolling here, you can enjoy the clear seawater, layers of waves, and the beautiful sea views.
The square is not very famous, so there are not many tourists. From the square, you can also walk down the steps to the beach to feel the softness of the sand, the clarity of the seawater, and the coolness of the breeze.
There are long corridors on both sides of the square with many peculiarly shaped stones. If you are tired from walking, you can rest on the corridors. At the end of the square, there is a viewing platform facing Wuzhizhou Island, overlooking it across the sea.
