Yunngzhou Hanling Garden, also known as the Han Guangling Wang Tomb Museum, was established and opened in May 1992 and is now a national 4A-level tourist attraction. Located on the Shugang hill, the Hanling Garden is a cultural landscape that integrates Han Dynasty artifacts with Han-style architecture, reflecting the historical and cultural features of the Han Dynasty in Yangzhou. Here, you will see the tomb exhibitions of the first generation Guangling King of the Western Han Dynasty, Liu Xu, and his queen. These two imperial-level ‘Huangchang Tica’ wooden coffin tombs are highly renowned both domestically and internationally. The main attractions of the Han Guangling Wang Tomb Museum include: the Guangling King’s Underground Palace Exhibition Hall, the Queen’s Chamber Exhibition Hall, the Guangling Tide Surge Exhibition Hall, the Special Exhibition Hall, the Xijun Cultural Park, and the Cultural and Historical Experience Pavilion. Opening hours are from 08:30 to 17:00 all year round. Preferential policies include: Children aged 6 years (inclusive) or below, or with a height of 1.4 meters (inclusive) or below, can enter for free with valid identification; minors aged 6 years (exclusive) to 18 years (inclusive) enjoy half price; the elderly aged 60 years (inclusive) and above enter for free with valid identification; students with full-time undergraduate and below enjoy half price; others with the ‘Retired Cadre Honor Certificate’, ‘Old Cadre Priority Certificate’, ‘Active Duty Soldier Certificate’, ‘Moral Model Certificate’, ‘Ministry-level or above Model Worker Certificate’, ‘Hero Model Certificate’, ‘National News Agency Journalist Certificate’, ‘Disabled Person Certificate’, ‘Disabled Soldier Certificate’, ‘Martyr’s Family Certificate’, retired military cadres, retired non-commissioned officers (sergeants) are admitted free with valid identification.
