The Hangzhou Celebrity Memorial Hall is under the jurisdiction of the Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area Management Committee (Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Gardens and Cultural Relics), established in 1988, originally named the Hangzhou Zhang Taiyan Memorial Hall, and renamed to its current title in December 2001. It oversees memorial halls such as the Zhang Taiyan Memorial Hall, Su Dongpo Memorial Hall, Zhang Cangshu Temple, Yu Qian Temple, Yu Qian’s Former Residence, Leighton Stuart’s Former Residence, and Tang Yun Art Museum. Except for Yu Qian’s Former Residence and Leighton Stuart’s Former Residence, which are located in the urban area, the other five halls and temples are all situated within the West Lake Scenic Area. The opening hours are from 08:30 to 17:00 all year round.
