The Hangzhou Civic Center is located in the core area of Hangzhou Qianjiang New City, covering an area of over 170,000 square meters and with a construction area of over 360,000 square meters. It serves as the office and conference center for the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government and is a new business center (CBD) with central business district functions. It is open to the public all year round from 09:00 to 17:00.
