The Hangzhou Telecommunications Exhibition Hall, established in 1931, is a multi-story steel structure building and the former site of the Zhejiang Provincial Telephone Bureau. The building is structurally intact with a simple facade and neatly arranged pilasters on the exterior. The reliefs on the building’s exterior, including the roof’s cornice, shield emblem, and pendants, are exceptionally exquisite.
It is open to the public from 09:00 to 18:30 all year round. Visitors are required to make an appointment through the telecommunications office before visiting. The interior is not usually open to the public, and the specific business status is subject to the day’s opening conditions.
