Wolong Scenic Area, located in Cuikengkou Wolong Gorge, Jinqiao Village, Shouchang Town, Jiande City, Hangzhou, covers an area of approximately 51920 acres. The first phase of the project has been completed with a total investment of 140 million, and the second phase is preparing to invest an additional 120 million. The scenic area boasts superior natural resources, with blooming spring flowers, cool summer climate, autumn fruits, and winter snow, offering scenic views throughout the year.
The project includes a star-rated mountain spring hotel, summer canyon rafting and glass water slide, mountain camping, Zhuge Wolong cultural base, lake boat houses, children’s playground, rainbow slide world, water obstacle course, heart-stopping steps, wild fishing, dragon scale dam, forest exploration, Zhihuan Grand Theater, and Wolonggang Calligraphy and Painting Institute.The scenic area, situated in Jinqiao Village, the hometown of Zhuge Liang, has been inhabited by descendants of Zhuge Liang since the 14th generation when Zhuge Li served as the county magistrate of Shouchang during the Five Dynasties. To commemorate Zhuge Liang, the Wolonggang former residence was built in the canyon area. Surrounded by green mountains, dense forests, murmuring streams, and tranquility, with deep woods, fresh air, diverse giant rocks, and rapid streams, it forms a spectacular mountain and wild corridor.
The Wolong Scenic Canyon Rafting is 3.3 kilometers long with a height difference of 175 meters from start to finish, and the Golden Dragon Valley glass water slide is 1000 meters long with a height difference of 100 meters. Rafting down the current, the beautiful scenery on both banks can be enjoyed, making the whole process safe and thrilling. The river banks are lined with dense trees, lush green grass under the trees, and the green moss exudes a fresh fragrance. In high temperatures, one can experience the coolness of the 17 mountain spring rafting and the charm of zero-distance contact with the original ecological environment!
Yinlong Valley, a mysterious area of the scenic area, includes: Blue Wave Lake, natural outdoor swimming pool (Yulong Pool), Looking Up Platform, Lake View Pavilion, cartoon stone houses, lakeside boat houses, and wild beach, making it an ideal destination for family vacations. Clear mountain spring water, influenced by forest minerals, undergoes magical changes, turning some areas into a blue ocean and others into emerald lakes, resembling a forest fairyland.
The cave attic (Wanghu Pavilion) has an area of 500 square meters and is divided into two floors. A stone tree grows from the first floor to the second floor. The mountain spring waterfall runs through the entire attic from the edge of an 80-meter cliff, giving people a feeling of entering the Amazon jungle. At the entrance, there is a Yangtian Terrace. A gorilla is clinging to the edge of the cliff.
There is a viewing platform (Mirror of the Sky) on it, which looks very shocking.
