Happy Harbour is located on the southern coast of Bao’an Central District. It has a coastline of 45 kilometers in western Shenzhen. Happy Harbour was formerly known as Bao’an Coastal Cultural Park. It is a contemporary art and cultural block that integrates sea views, parks, ecology and commerce. The project covers a total area of about 380,000 square meters, including the Coastal Cultural Park covering an area of about 270,000 square meters, the ‘Bay Area Glory’ Ferris wheel with a height of 128 meters, the ‘Bay Area Voice’ performing arts center with a construction area of 20,000 square meters, the east and west coast seaside experiential commercial blocks with a construction area of about 80,000 square meters, and the JW Marriott Hotel’s ‘Wings of Light’ with a construction area of about 10,000 square meters and other diverse business forms.
