Located within Hei Sha Huan Park, Huang Yingjun Children’s Library opened its doors in 2004, covering an area of 220 square meters. It features a reading area, audio-visual resource room, and a newspaper and periodical reading area, designed for public leisure and learning.
The library houses approximately 6,570 books, 374 audio-visual materials, 51 types of newspapers from various regions, and 134 types of magazines, with 60 reading seats available.
