Haiming Park is an essential component of the Qiaoyun Cultural Tourism Commercial Belt project, which spans approximately 10 kilometers. The project primarily focuses on the construction of Qiaoyun Park and Haiming Park, two river green spaces, as well as three municipal roads: Poyang Lake Road, Laiwan Road, and Wanfeng Road. Haiming Park and Haiyun Park are designed with the concept of ‘Dancing with the River, Poetic Dwelling,’ together creating a waterside ecological corridor. The park is open all year round, 24/7, with specific operational status subject to the day’s opening conditions.
