The Henglan Lighthouse, standing at about 11 meters in height, is a circular white stone structure that exudes simplicity and practicality. Its classic lighthouse design serves as a crucial navigational marker for maritime vessels. Initially, the lighthouse was illuminated by kerosene lamps, which were eventually replaced with electric lights. In the present day, it has been upgraded to a modern solar power supply system, ensuring reliable operation under all weather conditions.
The lighthouse’s beam is capable of reaching far distances, aiding ships in evading potential hazards. It operates continuously, remaining open all day every day of the year.
