Heshan is located in Aoshanwei Town, Jimo City. It is named after a huge rock on the east peak that resembles a crane. The mountain body is decorated with stones and is remarkable for its scenery. Heshan faces the Yellow Sea in the east and is adjacent to the peaks of Laoshan in the south. The mountain is not large but meandering and graceful.
