The Historical and Cultural Block of Baihuazhou is located in Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. Also known as Baihuating, Baihuachi and Xiaonanhu, it is within the First Spring Scenic Area of Jinan City, Shandong Province, to the east of Qushuiting Street. It covers an area of about 7,000 square meters and is located within the Historical and Cultural Block of Baihuazhou.
