HOKA Light and Shadow Theater is a Guangzhou animal science and light show theater created by the main creative team of Guangzhou International Light Festival, Rui Feng Culture, in collaboration with Guangzhou Zoo. Utilizing unique dome projection imaging technology, the theater focuses on environmental protection and animal science education. It fully leverages various multimedia exhibition methods and means, integrating animal knowledge explanation, virtual image display, science communication and education, biodiversity description, and interactive experience.
It stimulates the audience’s love and interest in the wonderful nature through novel viewing and interesting interactive methods.Three new experiences are set to open the future mode of zoo visits:
Experience one: 360 immersive light and shadow experience – Using new interactive projection spherical screen technology, it creates a 360 spherical screen surround theater. The 4K high-definition screen makes the picture details more delicate and real. It feels as if you have traveled to a vast and boundless fantasy world, surrounded by a huge dome screen, with the cool effects created by technology filling the scene with a sense of the future.
Experience two: Multi-channel independent audio track panoramic sound system – The full-frequency plus low-frequency independent structure covering the entire venue makes the sound more full and real. The high-resolution surround sound system allows sound to flow through all dimensions within the theater, providing an astonishing sense of direction, full clarity, and vivid detail control, bringing a strong sense of being in the scene.
Experience three: AR scene-based interactive game experience – Using advanced AR augmented reality and VR virtual scene technology, it creates an interesting panoramic three-dimensional interactive game scenario for players. Players can use natural body movements to control the content on the display screen, achieving a new type of human-computer interaction experience and information input, bringing a fun interactive experience to players.
