Lion dancing is a folk custom that has been passed down for thousands of years in our country. In order to promote the culture of Hong Kong’s dragon and lion dance and to create a local tourism and sightseeing brand, the ‘Hong Kong Dragon and Lion Festival’ was first held in 2011. It has attracted numerous Hong Kong citizens and tourists over the years and has become one of the major tourist events in Hong Kong in recent years. The event is open on 1/1.
