- Children: Ages 3 (inclusive) to 11 (inclusive) require a child ticket; free for those under 2 (exclusive).
- Special Note: Hong Kong residents can enjoy free same-day admission on their birthday by successfully reserving online and presenting confirmation along with valid ID.

Tips
- Before leaving, have staff stamp your hand at the exit for re-entry on the same day.
- No outside food or drinks (except baby food) are allowed; plenty of dining options are available inside the park.
- Currency exchange services are available, and many shops accept RMB or UnionPay.
- Lockers, strollers, and wheelchairs are available for rent in the Dream Water City.
- Due to outdoor attractions, be sure to apply sunscreen to avoid sunburn.
- Visitor centers are located at the entrance, Dynamic Zone, and Ocean Kingdom for park maps and showtimes.
