The Visual Arts Centre is a renowned historical building, originally known as the Cassels Block, a married quarters for British military personnel, constructed around 1900. Open all year round, from Monday, Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00-21:00, and on Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Tuesdays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and the third day of the New Year. Please note that the specific business hours are subject to the daily opening status.
