Hengkantou Village is situated at the southern end of Liangnong Town in Yuyao City. Formed in 2001 by the merger of six natural villages—Hengkantou, Zixi, Baizhangfan, Banshan, Dalingxia, and Niu’eqiu—the village spans a total area of 7.3 square kilometers. It is home to the former sites of the Party Committee of Eastern Zhejiang District and the Administrative Office of Eastern Zhejiang District, earning it the reputation of ‘Red Village in Eastern Zhejiang’.
Visitors are welcome to explore the village at any time, as it is open all day, every day of the year. However, the specific business status may vary depending on the day’s operations.
