The Hongdou Valley Scenic Area is located in the Qiaopingshan Scenic Area in Banan District, Chongqing. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, it has lush forests and a good ecological environment. The temperature here is always 3 to 6 degrees Celsius lower than that in the urban area. The scenic area covers an area of more than 300 mu and there are more than 100,000 adult fruiting Taxus chinensis var. mairei. The rare Taxus chinensis forest far exceeds ordinary forests. Opening hours: Open all year round from 08:30 to 18:00. Preferential policies: For children: under 1.2 meters (excluding), discounted tickets. For the elderly: over 65 years old, discounted tickets.
