Red Canyon Rafting is located in the Wuzhishan Red Canyon Cultural Tourism Scenic Area, 12 kilometers away from Wuzhishan urban area. The scenic area covers an area of 3,000 mu. It is a comprehensive scenic area integrating rainforest in Wuzhishan, canyon rafting as the theme, sightseeing and vacation, leisure and entertainment, living and health preservation. The scenic area mainly has four tourism resources: rainforest experience, Red Canyon rafting, mountain amusement, and hot spring health preservation vacation.
The whole journey of Red Canyon rafting is 3.8 kilometers with a drop of more than 80 meters. It is named after the yellow and red color formed by the rocks along the way being washed by mountain springs and rainwater. The canyon walls are steep and peculiar. The river channels have many rocky rapids. The banks are surrounded by primitive tropical rainforests, and there are often mountain spring waterfalls falling from the sky.Opening hours: Open all year round from 09:00 to 17:00. Regular opening hours for various projects: Rafting start and stop times: 13:30 – 15:00 on weekdays, 13:00 – 15:30 on weekends; Admission time for other projects: 9:00 – 16:00; Restaurant business hours: 11:00 – 16:00.
