Hua Quan is located on the south side of Huayang Palace in Huashan Scenic Area. It is named after being adjacent to Huabuzhu Mountain. In Duan Chengshi’s ‘Youyang Zazu’ of the Tang Dynasty, there is a record of ‘Hua Buzhu Spring, with a circumference of a hundred paces’. Hua Quan has experienced the processes of gushing, silting up, gushing again, and silting up again. The spring pool is 15 meters long, 9 meters wide, and 2 meters deep. A pool of clear water is as flat and bright as a mirror. The reflection of Gushan and the ancient temple, set off by the fish pond and lotus pond, has a unique charm.
