Huaibei Drifting is located within the Huaibei International Ski Resort in Beijing, at the foot of the ancient Great Wall which dates back 600 years. The entire course is set amidst canyons, dense forests, and lakes, with beautiful waters, peculiar rocks, and pleasing scenery, especially characterized by its ‘proximity’, ‘magnitude’, ‘height’, and ‘beauty’. Proximity: With Sanyuan Bridge as the reference point, it is only 60 kilometers away from the urban area of Beijing.
Magnitude: The water channel is relatively long, spanning 3.86 kilometers in length and is considered large-scale. Height: The water channel has a significant drop, with a total drop of 189 meters. Beauty: The water channel is rich in lakes, with 12 lakes along the way. It passes by the Great Wall which is 600 years old, and pear tree forests that are 300 years old, crossing water-edge camping sites and walking on wooden trails through the jungle. The whole course is characterized by rapid drops, where you will experience the exhilarating rush of white-water rafting under the Great Wall, through canyons, and dense forests, feeling the surging excitement of mountain gorge drifting.
