Huaisheng Temple, also known as Guangta Temple or Huaisheng Guangta Temple, is located on Guangta Road. It houses over 40 inscriptions in Chinese and Arabic dating back to the Yuan Dynasty.

Originally constructed during the Tang Dynasty, Huaisheng Temple was burned down in the 3rd year of the Yuan Zhizheng era (1343 AD) and was rebuilt seven years later. It was renovated again in the 34th year of the Qing Kangxi era (1695 AD), covering an area of 2966 square meters.

Located at the southwest corner of the temple gate is the Guangta, standing at a total height of 36.3 meters. Directly opposite is the Kan Yue Tower, with its double eaves seemingly ready to take flight, embodying Chinese architectural style. Behind the Kan Yue Tower lies the moon platform, water rooms, and east-west corridors, followed by the prayer hall which is open all year round. The exterior is accessible 24/7.
