Huanghua Spring is located on the west side of Liuxu Spring in Baotu Spring Park, in front of Huanghua Pavilion. It is also known as Muyu Spring. This spring is all made of stone and is decorated with stone carvings and railings around it. The spring pool is rectangular, 6.3 meters long, 4.1 meters wide, and 2 meters deep, surrounded by stone carvings and railings. Water gushes out from the bottom of the pool, clear and sparkling. On the north wall of the pool is embedded the stone inscription ‘Huanghua Spring’ inscribed by famous calligrapher Mr. Wei Qihou. In the newly selected seventy-two famous springs in Jinan in April 2004, Huanghua Spring ranks third. Opening hours: open all day throughout the year.
