Surrounded by mountains and waters, Huangmanzhai Waterfall is a verdant haven all year round. The mountain forests are home to a variety of waterfalls, large and small, with fresh air and enchanting scenery.
The waterfall group is primarily composed of Huangmanzhai Waterfall, the Milky Way Waterfall, and the Three-tiered Waterfall. Huangmanzhai Waterfall is a major attraction within the scenic area, with a width of 80 meters and a drop of over 50 meters. Three streams of water cascade down from the top, forming a spectacular sight especially during the rainy season when they merge into one.

The pool beneath the waterfall is crystal clear, and the surrounding landscapes such as the Turtle Stone and Dragon Stone are vividly lifelike.

Concessions: Children under 1.2m (not including) enter for free; children between 1.2m (including) and 1.5m (including) receive discounted tickets. Elderly aged 65 (including) and above with ID receive discounted tickets. Military personnel with officer’s certificate receive discounted tickets. Disabled individuals with a 1-4 grade national disability certificate receive discounted tickets. Students with a student ID receive discounted tickets. Photographers with a Jieyang City Photography Association or other provincial photography association membership enter for free.

Amenities: Parking lot is available within the Huangmanzhai Waterfall scenic area at a reference price of 10 yuan per vehicle. Address: Cuken Village, Jingxiyuan Town, Jie Xi County, Jieyang City. Capacity: 500 spots; free parking at the transfer center.


Restrooms: There are multiple restrooms within the scenic area, each floor is clearly marked with conspicuous signs.


Dining: There are two restaurants in the Huangmanzhai Waterfall scenic area, a farmhouse restaurant and a Cuken restaurant. The restaurants in the scenic area are well-maintained, clean, and offer affordable prices with a focus on traditional Cuken dishes, notably the large basin fish.


For those interested in experiencing rural life, there is a self-cooking area where visitors can pick organic vegetables from Cuken Village and process them themselves. The scenic area provides various ingredients and cooking utensils. Enjoy making traditional dishes such as burning firewood, wrapping dumplings, and making zongzi, and immerse in the rural lifestyle.
