The Huaying Mountain Grand Canyon Scenic Area, also known as Huaying Mountain Tianzhong Tianhe Grand Canyon, is located in the middle section of Huaying Mountain. It is located in Ganba Township, Linshui County, Sichuan Province, close to the Huaying Mountain Stone Forest tourist area. The entire scenic area is composed of two major parts: Longxuxia and Yijiacao Stone Forest. It is more than 10 kilometers in length and has a drop of more than 300 meters. Dozens of waterfalls falling from the sky, dozens of mysterious and deep caves, and dozens of gushing springs breaking out of the wall. These three landscapes are called the ‘three unique features’ of the Huaying Mountain Grand Canyon. Among them, the more eye-catching ones are the waterfall in the Tianxin Cave and a cave that is said to take three days to reach the end. Some tourists even found that signs of ‘glaciers’ can be found on the stone surface photographed by cameras.
Opening hours: Open all year round from 07:30 to 17:30. Must-see tips: There are plank roads built in the canyon for tourists to walk through. They extend among the jagged canyon stones and are close to the stream. They are both thrilling and dangerous.
