The ‘Desheng Club’ is a quyi performance group aiming to promote northern ethnic culture, cultivate quyi talents, and serve the public. In the initial stage of the association, it was founded by the famous cross-talk actor Mr. Guo Degang in 1995. After more than ten years of arduous journey, it is truly difficult. However, it is gratifying that through the unremitting efforts of Mr. Guo Degang and many new and old cross-talk actors, the Desheng Club is gradually moving towards brilliance. The ‘Beijing Cross-talk Conference’ affiliated to the Desheng Club performs five or six shows every week in places such as Tianqiao Le Tea Garden.
