The Huifeng Ancient Pottery Museum in Luohu District, Shenzhen City is a private museum with ancient Chinese pottery as the theme. It officially opened on May 11, 2013. As an important witness of ancient Chinese civilization history, the museum mainly collects and exhibits pottery products from several major cultural series such as Yangshao, Majiayao, Qijia, Hongshan, Liangzhu, Dawenkou, and Longshan of Chinese prehistoric culture since 8,000 years ago, as well as pottery products from dynasties such as Xia, Shang, Zhou, Warring States, Han, and Tang. Many collections are rare and unique items, which are of great significance for protecting and promoting ancient Chinese pottery culture. The museum currently houses more than 1,000 pieces of ancient pottery and exhibits more than 200 fine pieces. Opening hours: 9:30 – 18:00 (closed on Mondays).
