Huludao Port is located in the Bohai Bay, Liaodong Gulf, southwest of Huludao City, and belongs to Longgang District. It is named for its resemblance to a gourd. The port is broad and deep, avoiding wind and waves in summer, and forming thin ice in winter, making it a non-freezing port.
Huludao Port is backed by the Shenshan Railway and Huludao Branch Line, and connected by Jinhu Highway and Shenshan Highway, which offers convenient transportation and is a strategic maritime throat between Northeast and North China. The opening hours are subject to the day’s operational status.
