The Huangqi Chamber is located outside the southern Lingxing Gate of the outer wall of the Fangze Altar. Facing north, it has five bays in width. It is a hall where the deities such as the Imperial Earth God, the Five Sacred Mountains, the Five Towns, the Five Mausoleums, the Four Seas, and the Four Rivers are enshrined. Together with the Fangze Altar, it forms the sacrificial area.
