Jianggujui is located in the northeastern part of Weihai City, within the territory of Sunjiatuan Town, on the north bank of Heqing Bay, facing Heidao to the north. Originally named Ganggujiao, it is said that the cape just emerged from the land was blocked by the Dajie (reef) to the southwest. Due to the similarity in the pronunciation of the character ‘Gang’ and ‘Jiang’ in the local dialect, the name has evolved to its current one. It is shaped like a sharp angle, extending southeast into the sea, with a length of approximately 0.5 kilometers, an area of about 0.06 square kilometers, and an elevation of 34.1 meters. The coastal slopes are steep and the waters are deep. Open all year round, accessible 24/7.
