The Hangzhou Linping Museum, also known as the Jiangnan Water Town Culture Museum, is located on the north side of the Linping People’s Square in the Yuhang District. This museum not only reflects the history of Yuhang but also showcases the Jiangnan water town culture and folk customs of China, with the world-renowned Liangzhu culture as its starting point. It serves as an important window for people to understand Liangzhu culture, Yuhang’s history, and to interpret the entire Jiangnan water town cultural phenomenon and its causes. The museum is closed all day on Mondays throughout the year; it is open from 09:00 to 17:00 on Tuesdays to Sundays.
