The overall planned area of Jiaoshi Ridge Forest Park is 6,117 mu. The first-phase development area is 1,800 mu. The construction project started in September 2001. After completion, the park was renovated again in 2014. After the renovation, many public facilities have been improved in the park, making the park more beautiful. Jiaoshi Ridge is 253 meters above sea level. The mountain is lush with trees and filled with the sounds of birds and the fragrance of flowers.
At the foot of the mountain is the beautiful Donghu Park. Beside the mountain is the high-tech industrial park in the eastern district of Zengcheng. From the foot of the mountain to the top, there is a mountain-ring road and 2,168 stone steps for climbing, leading directly to the top. If people climb up and look into the distance, the beautiful scenery of Zengcheng urban area can be seen at a glance. The山顶观景平台 (mountain top viewing platform) is located at a high place on Jiaoshi Ridge. Standing here, you can overlook the high-rise buildings on both sides of Zengjiang River and the distant mountains and setting sun. The scenery of Zengcheng can be seen in full view. It is also a place for mountaineering tourists to exercise.Open all year round and all day.
