Jiaozhou Hongfu Temple is a temple with a long history. The temple building is magnificent. The mountain gate faces south. On the large plaque on the gate are three gilded characters ‘Hongfu Temple’. In front of the gate are a pair of tall and mighty stone lions. Hongfu Temple has three main halls. Inside the temple are statues of Maitreya Buddha, Dipamkara Buddha, Sakyamuni Buddha, Amitabha Buddha and others.
