Jimei Church History and Information

Jimei Church had a congregation in 1917. However, during the Anti-Japanese War, it was destroyed by the Japanese invaders, and worship was held in the homes of believers.
Mr. Chen Yonghe’s mother, moved by the Holy Spirit, wished to build a church in Jimei for future generations.
Mr. Chen Yonghe, aware of his mother’s wishes, fulfilled her legacy.
With the support of the city and district governments and donations from overseas Chinese, construction began in 1993, and the same year, Jimei Church was completed and delivered.
The rebuilt Jimei Church began to be used.
Opening hours: Open all year round, 24/7. Exterior: Open all day.
