Dongyu Cuigu is located on the east side of the Qilu Ancient Road, one kilometer south of Wenzu in ancient town. It belongs to Wenzu Dongcun, Zhangqiu District, Jinan. It is the sunny side of Jiulong Mountain, the beautiful barrier of Wenzu. As early as the Northern and Southern Dynasties, Emperor Wu Liu Yu established Guangzong County here. There are landscapes such as Xiaoqingshan Mountain and Lotus Pond in the city. At that time, Dongyu Cuigu was the back garden of the ancient city of Guangzong. Now, at the mountain pass, there is a stele inscription of ‘Ancient Relics of Guangzong City’. Dongyu Cuigu is a three-mile deep valley, a natural oxygen bar integrating thrills, leisure, amusement and sightseeing. The scenic area is divided into three tourist areas: Nanshan Peach Garden, plank road and stream in Jiulong Valley, and amusement area in Beicha. Among them, there is also a red memory browsing area in Beicha. In spring, tourists stop at the mountain pass of Dongyu Cuigu. Looking closely, they can see the swaying green willows by the roadside and, in the distance, the peach waves on Nanshan Mountain are bright red. There are also blooming cherry blossoms and so on, weaving a unique colorful picture of spring. Looking carefully, the dark green is gentle; the light yellow is bright; the pink is delicate.
