The Jinan Folk Art Museum is a public welfare cultural institution approved by the Jinan Municipal People’s Government, under the leadership of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee Propaganda Department and the Municipal Culture Bureau, responsible for the rescue and protection of folk culture throughout the city. Its scope of work includes: researching the history and current status of Qilu folk culture, conducting folk cultural art research. Organizing folk cultural art collections and exhibitions, assisting in the publication of outstanding historical documents and modern folk art research results. Discovering and nurturing professional talents in folk art, promoting the exchange and development of Qilu folk culture and tourism.
