Jingling Mausoleum, situated beneath the Dongfeng Peak of Tianshou Mountain in Changping, Beijing, serves as the joint burial site for Zhu Zhanji, the fifth emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and Empress Sun. Among the Thirteen Tombs, there is a common saying: “Xianling Mausoleum is the simplest, and Jingling Mausoleum is the smallest.” It is believed that, in addition to Emperor Xuande and his empress, ten palace concubines were also buried alive within the Jingling Mausoleum.

Today, the preservation status of Jingling Mausoleum is generally on par with that of other imperial mausoleums. Nestled in Changling Village, the mausoleum remains a relatively vibrant location.
