Jingshan Park is located in the heart of Zhuhai’s tourism district, nestled against the mountains and facing the sea, offering enchanting views. By taking the cable car within the park to the summit of Shi Jing Mountain, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful Xianglu Bay as well as the majority of the urban landscapes of Zhuhai and Macau, making it one of the best spots for sightseeing in Zhuhai.
Currently, Jingshan Park features a summit viewing area, a mountain waist stone scenic area, a lakeside recreation area, a cable car and slide area, and a large amusement park area. Shi Jing Mountain stands at an elevation of 148 meters; for those lacking physical strength, the cable car in the cable car and slide area can be taken to ascend the mountain. Along the way, one can take in the full views of Hong Kong, Macau, and Zhuhai from a distance, as well as Xianglu Bay, the Fisher Girl Statue of Zhuhai, and Lovers’ Road up close.
From the summit to the base of the mountain, there is a 630-meter-long pipe rail slide, allowing you to experience the thrill of speeding through the jungle. It should be noted that there is an additional charge for both the cable car and the slide. For those with sufficient physical strength, hiking up the mountain is also an option. In the mountain waist stone scenic area, you can see peculiarly shaped stone landscapes resembling various animals, such as toads, seagulls, whales, buffaloes, and pandas, which are a testament to the wonders of nature’s craftsmanship.
The lakeside recreation area, centered around a man-made lake of approximately 6,000 square meters known as Cuihu, is surrounded by large areas of sloping grasslands and features a large children’s playground. Parents can bring their children here for a leisurely stroll and playtime, making for a very pleasant experience. The park is open all year round and is accessible 24 hours a day.
