Shandong Jingzhi Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Jingzhi Town, the ‘liquor capital of Qilu’. In 1948, it was established as a state-owned liquor enterprise by integrating 72 winemaking workshops. Shandong Jingzhi Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. has now developed into a diversified development pattern mainly based on pure grain solid-state brewing, spanning thermal power, cartons, protein feed, sewage treatment, tourism and other fields.
It covers an area of more than 800,000 square meters and has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of commercial liquor. It has four major series of products: Yipin Jingzhi, a representative of Chinese sesame-flavor liquor, Jingshunchun, Jingzhi Baiqian and Yangchun tonic liquor. ‘Liquor City’ is titled by Ouyang Zhongshi, a famous calligrapher in China. It is a characteristic building constructed in imitation of Han-style architecture and takes displaying liquor culture as its content. It is composed of Jingzhi liquor culture exhibition center, packaging and logistics center and Liquor City Square, etc., with a total investment of nearly 300 million yuan. The Jingzhi liquor culture exhibition center is divided into seven parts: preface hall, historical liquor source, brewing craftsmanship, outstanding liquor figures, cultural charm of liquor, famous liquor reputation and wine tasting area. In this scenic area, visitors can not only browse the extensive and profound wine culture of China and even the world, but also comprehensively and three-dimensionally appreciate the ancient town scenery, brewing skills, human landscapes, scientific research achievements, glorious history, outstanding achievements and honors, fine products and future development prospects of Jingzhi. The Liquor City Square covers an area of 25,000 square meters and has a building area of 3,600 square meters. It adopts Han-style architecture and is composed of six major parts: Liquor Source Square, Liquor Ancestor Hall, sacrificial square, Liquor Path Garden, tourist center and Winding Water Flowing Wine Cup Square. The Liquor City Square mainly shows historical landscapes of liquor culture and comprehensively displays the demands of liquor history, liquor culture, ancient town customs and historical context. It presents the long history of Jingzhi liquor panoramically from the origin of liquor to the way of tasting liquor.
