Jinhai Wetland Park is part of the planned green belt around Shanghai city, located in the southwest of Cao Road Town, Pudong New Area, to the east of the Pudong Ring Road (S20), west of Mintang Road, and south of Jinhai Road. The park is adjacent to a 400-meter forest belt on the south side, with a width varying from 150 to 500 meters from east to west, and a total length of 1.85 kilometers from north to south, covering an area of 43.38 hectares. The park is generally positioned as an ecological leisure green space.
Located at the Jinhai Road exit of the Outer Ring Road (G20) in Pudong, near Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, the park is part of the green belt corridor constructed alongside the Outer Ring Road, which was previously closed. The wetland park is not small in size, with lakes and rivers accounting for about one-third of the total area, where reeds and lotus flowers thrive in the lake. Due to its remote location, the park is not widely known, and apart from some fishing enthusiasts, it is mainly visited by local residents in the early morning. Opening Times: The park is open all year round from 05:00 to 21:00.Jinhai Wetland Park in Pudong
