The Jinhua Paper-cut Museum was built by Zhan Dongming, a master of arts and crafts in our city, with private investment. Zhan Dongming has loved art since childhood. Once he came into contact with paper-cutting, he couldn’t stop. For more than 40 years, he has spent at least three or four hours a day on paper-cutting and has created many paper-cut works with unique styles. Entering the paper-cut museum is like entering a quadrangle courtyard of the Qing Dynasty. The two-story wooden structure building is simple and quiet. This paper-cut museum has a total area of more than 1,000 square meters. In addition to some works donated by Wu Shanzhang, a representative inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage project (Pujiang paper-cut), and “Paper-cut Elder Wang Feng”, etc., it mainly contains Zhan Dongming’s own paper-cut works. Zhan Dongming, who has been devoted to paper-cut art for half his life, is eager for more people to pay attention to paper-cutting, this intangible cultural heritage. If you are interested in paper-cutting, you may as well enter this courtyard and taste paper-cut art with Zhan Dongming.

Opening hours: From January 1st to December 31st, open from 09:00 to 16:00.
