The park’s main attractions are divided into two major sections: a tropical botanical garden and a zoo. As you enter the park from Haixiu Avenue, you are greeted by tall, thick palm trees lining the path. Towering above the greenery, a majestic golden bull stands as the park’s symbol.
Within the park, you’ll find a diverse range of scenic areas, each with its unique landscape. These include Jinniu Lake, a comprehensive zoo, a pigeon garden, a butterfly garden, a bamboo garden, a betel nut garden, a jackfruit garden, a tropical and subtropical orchard, a flower garden, a martyrs’ cemetery, and a fitness square. Jinniu Ridge Park is a large-scale landscape park in Haikou, boasting nine gardens, one lake, and one square.
The park operates all year round, with opening hours from 5:00 to 23:00. Please note that the specific business status may vary depending on the day’s opening situation.
