Linghe Water Park in Jinzhou City thrives along the left bank of the Xiaoling River. It was transformed from the middle section of the Binhe Belt Park. Construction started in 1999 and was completed in July 2000. It stretches 1,500 meters from Yunfei Street in the east to Renmin Street in the west, covering an area of about 12 hectares.
There are four famous parks in the garden, namely European-style Garden, Moonlight Garden, Sunlight Garden, and Water-view Garden. There are also many scenic spots such as Shuxiangzhai, Sculpture Group, Water Pavilion Boat, and Lanyue Pavilion.

There is a shaded square that can accommodate tens of thousands of people in the park. The musical fountain in the river has 286 nozzles and 800 colored lights, making it a dazzling pearl among fountain projects in China.

Relying on water and bridges, the park combines Chinese and Western gardening styles, with a creative layout integrating land and water. It is a recreational place full of local charm.

The park features the largest water-view project in Asia and the only one in China, as well as the largest “sundial” in Northeast China. The 286 nozzles of the musical fountain in the river are like dragons spitting pearls, and the 800 colored lights are like phoenixes spreading their wings, attracting countless tourists at home and abroad.

This is a place for people to entertain, take walks, and work out. In spring, peach blossoms are in full bloom; in summer, willows line the banks; in autumn, people can leisurely fish; in winter, skating is a popular activity. The water park is also one of the scenic spots in Jinzhou.

Opening hours: Open from 09:30 – 17:00 throughout the year
